Caesars are "Canada's cocktail" and can be found everywhere here, but are basically unknown outside of the country. They are the perfect drink, salty and savoury.
Rim a tall glass with celery salt, then add ice, 1 or 2oz of vodka, Lea & Perrins, tabasco, salt and pepper, some lime, and fill with Mott's Clamato juice. Add whatever toppings you'd like- the classic is celery and lime, but the more extras the better.
