This baby was my first chambray shirt, bought from the men's section of The Gap when I was in university (similar here). It was looking a little tired in comparison to some of my newer ones, but nothing beats the feeling of a worn in shirt. I decided to update it thanks to an idea from J.Crew, and used a seam ripper to remove the scraggly front pockets. Now it's my favourite! Any DIY project that I can easily do in under 30 minutes really is foolproof.
Jane Birkin's effortless style seems to be a recurring inspiration for spring dressing (see here). I love the boyish look of this box cut tee from Everlane and can't wait to try it out once Everlane Canada launches!
My current loungewear consists of old comfy t-shirts, hoodies and leggings, but I dream of the day when I will use the words cashmere, silk, and sweats in the same sentence. Luxury loungewear is over-the-top in the best way.
I'd rather keep things in my pockets or just use a small cross-body bag than lug around a big purse when I'm out and about, but I love my Filson tote for traveling and bringing everything I need to work.
